Itachi received many presents for his birthday.
But not not as eyebrow-raising as Shikamaru's present.
Shikamaru gave Itachi the gift of a crack pairing with the two girls that interact most with Shikamaru. Ino and Temari seem to be into it. Itachi is basically an older, more intellegent Sasuke.
